NOTE: When dealing with chemicals and compounds and solutions, take note and DO NOT get your 'ides' and 'ites' and 'ates' mixed up, or atoms, and molecules, and compounds, or your base compounds versus 'Di-', 'Tri-', etc. (or Calcium vs. Sodium vs. Chlorine) — Chemistry is a Wonderful and Many Splendored Thing, but can also be dangerous, so always be VERY careful, cautious, and mindful.

We have NO financial interest in MMS or related products or services via sales or referrals or affiliation links or anything of the sort. EVERYTHING on this website is "platonic", if you will, and is only being done for the betterment of people as a completely selfless scenario. Because We BELIEVE! (although 'belief' isn't the right word, because we have first-hand knowledge and experience of how well it works — replacing belief with personal knowledge is a worthwhile goal in and of itself in regard to most things)
"MMS Health Recovery Guidebook". Always purchase and use the most recent book with
updated and up-to-date information and protocols. At the time of this writing, that would be the
2019 Revised edition. You may find other information sources, but always use this
one as your primary reference. (imho/ioho – pun partially intended) It is available in
softbound large paperback and PDF formats. The PDF is nice because it can be searched easily.
Note that it may or may not view well in e-book reader devices.

About the Author
(Note: Mark Grenon, who currently is in charge of the 'Genesis II Church of Health and Healing', also has one or more books, the first titled "Imagine, A World Without DIS-EASE. Is It Possible?", which we have not read in its entirety. We downloaded and read the free first part. Since Mark is a Catholic (?) Christian, and minister or ex-minister (?), and one-time (?) Christian missionary, the book is peppered with bible quotes and references and the like, which we think is unfortunate. We would rather see it more secular in nature. Religious people, probably especially Christians, might find it more palatable. But, if you can get past all of that (if you need to), we think it most likely has some valuable information about MMS, et al. We will probably order a copy at some point.)
(Also Note: Andreas Kalcker has books that mostly (?) focus on the use of CDS, with his own protocols and methodologies. We will probably order and read those, too. See the Links page.)
(And Note: Kerri Rivera has a book that discusses treating Autism with "MMS" and other methodologies, with which she has been very successful. See the Links page.)
Discover MMS – Product Supplier. There are other suppliers. — This is the one
we use. We are not, necessarily, promoting, or suggesting you purchase from, this website,
"We're just saying." We have been very happy for many years with their products and help.
(see website snapshot images below to help you order the correct products — although, you
might decide other products and forms (e.g., dry mix your own) are better for you)
[ Note: They have apparently changed their name to DiscoverWPS — also, they seem to be
having problems supporting cross-browser access, so the Firefox browser tends to have issues
presenting their website for some/unknown reason/s ]

NOTE: Due (in part?) to the recent attacks on MMS
by the U.S. Government FDA, FTC, and other agencies, and other governMental agencies around the
world, Discover MMS (/WPS) has put their website behind a "firewall" (of sorts) as
a Private Membership Organization. It is only $10 for a Lifetime Access, which I chose to join.
They explain it a little here.
This somewhat coincided with the "leaders" of the MMS Movement being attacked & arrested
"illegally" by said governments/agencies. (partly due to the COVID-19 Death Pandemic, and I
would not be surprised due to the efficacy of these products in Restoring the Health of people
with COVID-19) They also re-designed their website, so it doesn't look like the snapshots below,
but I will leave them up for informational awareness. (new snapshots added)
These are some website image snapshots to show you what to order to make it easier for you, because it can get a little confusing. But, yet again, DO YOUR RESEARCH (purchase and READ the book!!) and understand what you need and how to use it and all that. (click to see larger images or to view products on Amazon.com — NOTE that prices shown can and will change)
Note that we have recently started using 100% fully activated CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) shown below instead of the mixed-activated SCS & HCl (below that). Sometimes we alternate, either each dosing period, or days. CDS is mentioned in Jim Humble's book, but he mostly talks about mixing. We chose to use 24,000 ppm CDS because it is stronger and, more importantly (for us), drop-for-drop compatible with mix-activated MMS (CD), so it is "easier to use". What people originally (?) used was 3,000 ppm CDS, which required larger amounts to be MMS equivalent. (there are comparison charts and explanations available online)
An example of Dark Amber-Brown Glass Bottles (32 oz. / 1 L) used for "One Day's Worth" of
MMS (instead of mixed hourly), which is EIGHT 1/2 cup / 4 oz. doses of however many drops you are
taking per hour. (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5....) The size should be 32 oz. or 1 liter. You can
purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations. Make sure they have a tight sealed hard-plastic
lid.
NOTE: If link to Amazon stops working, just do a search using description below.
(the dark amber color protects the contents from sunlight degradation)
2 Pack ~ 32oz Amber Glass Growlers with Polycone Lids for a Tight Seal (~$20)
An example of small, 2 oz. Dark Amber-Brown Glass Rubber Bulb-Dropper Bottles. They can
be refilled from larger product bottles and refill bottles of Sodium Chlorite Solution (SCS),
Hydrochloric Acid (HCl 4%/5%), and DMSO. (MAKE SURE and label them well!) You can
purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations. Make sure they have a tight sealed hard-plastic
lid.

6 Pack ~ 2oz Amber Glass Bottles with Glass Eye Dropper Dispenser (~$9)
An example of 4 oz. (1/2 cup) Graduated Mixing and Drinking Glasses. You can purchase
them at Amazon.com or Walmart (cooking utensils section) or other locations.

5 oz Anchor Hocking Graduated Measuring Glass, Set of 2 (~$10)
An example of Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) Test Strips that can be used to make sure your
MMS/CDS/ClO2 is the correct concentration and is mixing and activating correctly. You can
purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations.
NOTE: If link to Amazon stops working, just do a search using description below.
LaMotte Insta-Test 3002 Chlorine Dioxide Single Factor Test Strip, 0-500ppm Range (Vial of 50
Strips) — (~$20)
An example of liquid solution pH Test Strips (acidity/alkalinity). They aren't generally
needed, but can give information about mixed solutions to see if they are, for some reason, too
acidic or too alkaline. You can purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations.
NOTE: If link to Amazon stops working, just do a search using description below.
LaMotte 2912 pH Test Paper, 3.0-10.0pH Range, 1pH Sensitivity (Box of 200) — (~$20)
An example of Empty Size 1 Clear Vege(tari)an Capsules. (no animal-based gelatin) These
are made to contain oil and liquids, but work fine for powders, too. They didn't have
'powder-only' capsules in stock, which are a bit cheaper, so you can look for those. For use
with Calcium Hypochlorite MMS2 treatments. These are natural and do not contain animal products.
You can purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations.

PurecapsUSA – Empty Size 1 Clear Vege(tari)an Capsules (Box of 1,000) — (~$15)
An example of Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth — 8 fl. oz.
each (Pack of 4). These tend to work well to disguise the taste and smell of MMS/CDS for cats
and dogs, to make the solution more palatable. It doesn't work for all cats and dogs, though. So
you might have to find and use something else. (Tuna Water, Beef Broth, etc.) Just make sure to
test the combined final solution with ClO2 Test Strips (see above) to make sure
the liquid does not negatively affect the ClO2 concentration. (some liquids do and some liquids
do not) You can purchase them at Amazon.com or other locations, sometimes locally.

Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth — (~$7)
An example of McVitie's Digestive Biscuits. They are English/British cookies that are
HIGH in fiber. They work well as an alternative to laxatives. You might want to eat a few on
days you use the Bentonite Clay Protocol. (I usually eat a half or one whole after every BC
drink) They are very dry and not particularly tasty, which is good on the one hand if you tend
to glom down tasty cookies. I think in Britain they dunk them in tea, coffee, and milk. But they
are designed to use as a "medicine", of sorts. If you eat more than several, you are going to
get a "surprise", so to speak, at some point in the day or evening. You can purchase them at
Amazon.com or other locations.
